Off the plateau..been bouncing around 271-272 for over a week...got into keto, over ate...did a one day bone broth (delicious pork from the big ol' shoulder roast) still no go..decided to post the 272...and started a 5 day egg fast...and 3 lbs off!...been a hell of a week...ended with a 6 hour visit to the ER (after calling 911 and an ambulance ride for my wife)...but life goes on
