Wow! 9st 10lb! (1.5 off at WW so 10st 0.5 there) This was way better than I expected and it feels great to have made it a nice round three stone total lost. With Father's Day tomorrow and my birthday in a fortnight, then a month of inactivity after my op, I'm not convinced I'll be able to maintain this exact weight, but at least I am confident that doing what I'm doing now I will always be able to get back on track. Our 2nd kayak arrived yesterday, so we're off out this morning to paddle the canal in pairs, so that will be nice:-) I've had some dizziness the last few days but I think this is time of the month rather than this week's surprising weight loss. Hope so anyway!
