YES YES and YES. I have been trying to eat small 200-300 calorie meals 4x a day for the last week. Maybe I've found a way to cut some poundage!!!

My experience and information for anybody who has carpal tunnel:

I woke up one day with terrible wrist (hand to elbow) pain (carpal tunnel). For two weeks I wore a wrist band, iced it, took anti-inflammatory pills and basically babied it. My wrist wasn't getting better. I did some research and had read that Yoga is a natural remedy (within reason). The one thing I stopped was Yoga when the wrist pain started. I started back up with Yoga did the moves I could and OMG the pain went away. I don't need any pills nor a wrist band. Turns out Yoga has some of the same moves that physical therapy would have you do to help heal carpal tunnel. I'm still in awe of the incredible natural benefits of doing YOGA.
