Starting over (again) today w/Take-off. Got to get over the binging.I don't want to end up like my mom. Need to have a plan BEFORE I leave the house for the hospital! Having stress is NOT an excuse for binging-chew gum maybe till the stress sudsides?! Hope this is a good week!
