On kind of an up and own cycle. Normal, I think. Restaurant eating makes dieting hard because you don't know exactly what is in the food. Tonight, before dining out in an Italian restaurant, I went to their website to see the menu and choose my meal in advance. That was good because I was not hurried to decide.
