Day one of the Last 10 Pounds to go challenge. I reread the mini challenges and am actively working on them. I am going to input the foods I have ate so far and those I intend to eat. I have been worring about where I am in my daily calorie count today because I did not write down what I inteded to eat. This helps me stay on the diet and I know how many calories, if any, I have left over.
