I'm NOT recording my current weight today. I'm eating clean & working out at my local gym for 2wks. However my weight in last 2wks is going UP & DOWN so crazy it's starting to discourage me greatly ! 😒

When I went through that, I shift to how my clothes were fitting; even though I was up and down in weight my clothes were starting to fit better

Are you weight lifting? I saw an interview with Chris Powell where he said if you are weight lifting, then you will see a rise in weight the day after because there is some inflammation when muscles are rebuilding themselves. It is only temporary though.

keep up the good work Cindimc, I seen the same with my weight cause of I think all the bicycling I do . yet some friends say I seen to have lost some weight , so I wouldn't worry to much , just keep it up 😀

are you weighing in at the same time? my weight has been doing the same thing . if I eat my dinner later than 7pm my weight has been up the next day. So that can make a difference too. but don't give up!!!

Yes Patty is correct and some of us have sensitivities to certain foods I finding out more and more during my research that I do ...that being said just get you a tape measure and begin there...I measure hips ..waist.. and thighs are my main concern even if the scale kind of hangs around on a number my inches are melting off and my clothes feel better now...how do you feel...more energy ...clothing fitting differently... go by this... not by a scale they do lie sometimes and aggravate many times loo:)
