Wow, what a cheat day, wow!

Definitely overdid it, and I really did not even want to or like it after it all went down. Got up and did my long bike ride, and came home cleaned up and made a huge breakfast. Lots of stuff I was craving, bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs. It was delish! We had teenage boys over so I wanted to ensure they had proper nutrition, lol. I put a hell of a dent in it too.

My bike ride went great both yesterday and today. I did my 14.3 miles in record time according to Strava. Did it again today to try and beat it and was 3 minutes slower, hmm. Good times. Had my 1st wipe out by doing a header over a curb, landed on my feet while the bike flipped, odd.

I messed with my computer upgrade projects for our media center/pc all day yesterday (and all nite the nite before). It has not been going well, lots of frustrating technical problems. I am on the downslope now. I love it anyway.

Wifey has a new friend, a nice lady from Alabama with a huge southern drawl. I was essentially raised in the south, and this chick is over the top! She is new out here, and needs some company, and we are happy to give it. One problem, this chick is 100% about food. And she is chatty. Every other word out of her mouth is about delicious foods, and how she can make it, etc. We got invited over because I offered to help with their computer/network. We had biscuits and gravy (Yesterday was all about biscuits!!), sweet tea, pie, etc. We are at a quandary now, how do you graciously say "We cant hang out, your all about food, and we are not!" Strange problem, maybe something for the forums.

Anyway, back to my PC funtimes.
