Weight holding steady and doing well. I had a good day yesterday, but I was exhausted by the end of it. I ran some errands in the morning and then did yard work in the afternoon. I thought I found a perfect low-carb ice-cream snack – a 100 calorie Klondike bar. I had one after lunch and it tasted really good. I thought it used Splenda – but when I entered it into FS I found it actually had 9g of real sugar. Not horrible – but pretty high.
This morning I am off for breakfast and some shopping with friends and then off to a BBQ in the afternoon.
