I have stayed away from the scale sonce last week and so instead of obsessimg iber those numbers I'm going to check-in with my weight and progress pics only 1x each week. I am really happy with another drop of 1 kg. I've had quite a lot of stress and been feeling low since Friday but I have made myself exercise (Just 15mins of HIIT) with 15 mins of stretching and positive affirmations. It's been the hardest transition into not leaning on food for comfort but rather being mindful and being accountable for my health. I am over my keto flu and have been slowly reducing my carbs-today plan to get under 5%. Pushing myself to make the right choices and keep the motivation up.
