Awww yeaaa... Finally a day to carb-up! I began my morning with 3/4 cup whole oats (dry, Splenda), 1 large banana, and a 2 scoop Muscle Milk.
For the rest of the day I'll stick largely to plan with the exception of dinner where I plan to have a nice serving of butter beans with my rasberry pork tenderloin. That veggie I enjoy but usually avoid during midweek opting instead for things like broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus stir fry (Walmart blend).
Sometimes I get really burned out on broccoli.. :P
Another pound is off today, but that's overstated a bit. My water consumption was consistent yesterday, but I weighed at 7:30 this morning as opposed to 4 o'clock, which is when I normally get up. I've learned that two extra hours of dry sleep can easily result in the drop of one pound on the scale so I guess I'll call this one even.
