Intermittent fasting really works.

I have indulged and indulged and indulged for the past few weeks with all the parties and social gatherings.

The scale was avoided, but this morning I decided that denial isn't going to get me anywhere. The surprise was very pleasant indeed. I should have put on tens of kilos, but I have not. Each indulgence was preceded by a 20:4 fast and followed immediately with a 20:4 fast.

This is my coping strategy for Christmas and New year.
