So I decided to make use of my free trial at Body Twenty yesterday and I'm very happy with my results. I found out what my fitness levels were and how much body fat I have. I was told that I am on the very lean side. This month I'm planning on making sure that I have a stronger upper body. It's going to be hard for me because I love running. I'm just going to set my goals and remain consistent in my training like I've been.
