Nice even number today. 225.0

Went for a bike ride last night after hooking up my new speedometer/bike computer. Only about 15 minutes, but it was almost dark.

Dinner was tuna and rolls. Lunch was a big salad. Yesterday went well. All our visitors have left our workspace, and things are relatively back to normal.

Wife is on-board with the program, but she is starting out. We have been having "discussions" on weight loss. I wish her the best of luck. It is hard not to tell her what to do, and just lead by example.

Ooooh, it's so hard to not be a know-it-all when others starts. There's so much we want to tell them and show them! However, it's part of the journey to learn by discovery, and many times we experienced users can make things intimidating, even if we don't mean to. I think it's a great strategy to simply lead by example. And to the mrs: Welcome aboard!

Let her do her own thing and hopefully you'll get in sync. Just the fact that she's starting and getting on board will be great. Just being aware of what you are eating each day will make a difference - not just for her - but for you. have a great week.

Thanks Y'all. Its tough with the wifey, and yes, I have that defect in that I like to tell others what to do. Hehe.
