10st 2.5 (1.5 off at WW) Quite pleased after a week using 3 extra points a day. Gym Fat Scales 8/5/12: BMI 25.8, body fat 39.1%, body fat mass 25.8kg. This is amazing, 4kg fat mass gone, and only 0.8kg of actual weight lost! So I must have converted some fat, which would be great news. Or else, it might be interference from my thumb ring on the sensors! So must remember next time to take it off before I weigh in :)
