Down again. I gave myself a few treats this week for passing into double digits, however, I still kept the calories in check. So on Wednesday, I had ice cream and waffles, then on Sunday, I had a Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza. A small bar of chocolate was also savoured.

At the gym, I kept up the pace. Four visits running 3.2 km (2 miles) and an hour on the weights. Increasing the reps at each station week by week. Increasing the distances week by week. Increasing the speed week by week. Decreasing the weight.

Pictured below is lunch from last Wednesday - Korean hot pot from the restaurant in the mall near my house. This is a meal for two.
