Well, another week goes by and despite doing (seemingly) everything "right" , even drinking water instead of eating, and upping my exercise, significantly, the scales stubbornly refuse to move.
It is ok . Been here before, I will not let it get the better of me. In fact, I will get the better of it, as I am in for the long haul. Yes, things are bound to be rejigging in my body. Yes I am still stressed and eating lots of fruit. The fruit is not a bad thing as far as I am concerned. But I AM walking up the chapel hill and out more generally, which, if not affecting my weight loss surely is improving my general fitness. Chapel is is a bit of a blow, up steep, up more, up more steep, relentless. I really must look up how far it is.... But downhill all the way back, apart from the drag up past the school to home.
But... I WILL get to my ideal weight and stay there. And it will not take forever. A good while, no doubt, but doable in good time.
