Day 11 of Induction. im feeling better and even my asthma is not acting up. my brother was visiting me and said he was worried about this cough I have all the time, I am asthmatic however.He has lots 97 pounds and is a lifetime atkins fan, he has been keto almost 5 years.he has been trying to convert me for as long but I stuck to all that I was taught about nutrition and resisted what he was telling me thinking it was a horrible diet! last friday on day 10 i had lost 5.5 lbs! i had put on 20 since may and altogether 40 in 2 years. i do have hypothyroidism and my doctor just changed my dosage upped it first time in 3 years. i was at 135 a little low for me Id like to stay 140 but my first goal is the first 20 and well see. im 53 and cant afford to have the scale going up up up. My goal is NOT to be able to go new clothes shopping its to fit back into my clothes. last year i bought beautiful brand new jeans 3 pairs and cant wear any:( also my overall health and fitness level is important too. im looking forward to the energy boost people talk about on this diet.
