Congrats on your loss! I think it's always nice to see the progress next to your name say something like "Losing X lbs/week". I try not to get too caught up in that- especially when I have momentary setbacks and due to the simple way they calculate the rate of change in weight and it winds up saying something like gaining X lbs/wk. Those times it seems like it may as well say gaining a bazillion pounds because of how discouraging seeing the word GAINING can be. (Though it's the overall journey that matters more anyways, right?) I'm happy for you that your weigh in is full of encouragement and progress. Keep up the good work!
