10st 5.7 Fat 25.2% No WW. Just a shade under 1.5 on for a holiday, even just a 5 day one, is pretty good going considering all the junk we ate and that for 2 days my fitbit didn't register ANY active minutes at all! But we were in the car an awful lot - driving the mountain passes was great, esp the Transfagarasan, amazing views...and our first veg of the holiday - street food corn cobs, glorious! So the fact I managed to hit my step goal on all but one day was something of an achievement at least! And I managed my 1480 steps up to the castle with no bother, the family wanted regular stops and thankfully it was a forested hillside so quite shady (altho the CAUTION! BEARS! signs were perhaps to encourage you to climb faster lol!) - I would have liked to do it again when we passed back that way, just to see how many flights my fitbit awarded me (I forgot to check at the bottom when we did it, doh!) and how long it took me to do it on my own without them delaying me, but sadly there wasn't much time for it :( Anyway, I'll probably allow myself some leniency today (post hol blues) but back to the grindstone tomorrow!
