Howdy, friends.

Yesterday was Indulgence Day, and of course the weight went up - as always. I'm back on track though, and will stick to my 2000 calories.

It's weekend, short journal day and I think I will leave it at that. Wife and I are enjoying the day - it's beautiful outside but freezing cold. I thought it was supposed to be spring?!?

Anyways, I will be looking forwards to getting back in my normal rythm again starting Tuesday. I miss journaling, and I miss spending a little more time on here - but when Wife is here with mere I would much rather spend time with La Familia.

Quite right to King... You need to spend time with the family, when you have the opportunity.... We all lead such busy lives - and usually have to spend that time with others, rather than the ones we love :-)
