I need to work on my self satisfaction with my weight loss. I have lost 88lbs so far and still feel like a big fatso. I get discouraged when I look at myself naked in the mirror. I have tried pics in bra and undies and I swear I see no change from 310 (the first pic) to 240 (the last pic). So I need to figure out how to get through my mental slump. Bob Harper says to do somethings that you were unable to do at that bigger weight to show yourself that there is enough change to enjoy your body. I still want to lose another 80lbs.
