Well, only -.8 this week, but I know I've lost inches (there was the whole pants incident). Lol. I have tried more bullet coffee this week, I really can't say I like it. There's one recipe though, if I drink it fast, it's okay. Hoping the MCT oil will help my brain at work - so close to retirement, I think I'm shutting down. However, if I wait too long and don't drink it all quickly, I end up pitching it - it separates and YUCK! Last week I made a bunch of casseroles and now have a bunch of food in the freezer, along with some bread and cookies - I've deemed this my cooking free weekend! Hubby will be grilling. I'll do more fun things, you know, laundry, cleaning, yard work Lol Hmmm, did I say fun? Oh well, maybe I will bake something. :-) Oh, by the way, I tried the Keto Cereal (Sugar toast crunch like) made with pork rinds and Queso cheese and believe it or not IT WAS AMAZING! For breakfast yesterday I had Cinnamon toast crunch cereal (on my favorite Dollar Store placemats) in Cashew milk and it was like they said - I was a kid again eating a bowl of cereal and watching a cartoon (well, they call it Anime now) my niece wanted me to see Howl's Moving Castle. It's her favorite Anime Movie (well today). I often watch what we talk about, so I can talk to her. She's 14, we don't have much in common, but I pay for her cell phone and her "charge" is to keep in contact with me once a month. She's a good kid, her parents can't afford another cell, I can, so it works. Gotta say it was a real fun morning, I haven't had cereal or watched a cartoons in years.
