working well with my diet. I am still happy with the week off I took. It has been very uplifting to see the progress again. I do feel so much better since I have lost weight. I am amazed to put clothes on that havnt fit in years and see them to big on me. When I am undressed I don't really see the weight loss though. I don't get it!
