I big get for 6 days and undid all of my losses of the month. sugar and carbs are real b's. totally restarted today. I'm disappointed but I guess this is life. I do have to say though that my tongue is like sore from all of the sugar I ate yesterday and throughout the weekend! sugar is so bad for you but I'll be damned if it doesn't taste good :-/ a few more weeks until school starts for the kids and I'm hoping to start working out at the gym!
