Well I'm back from vacation. Hanging around some old friends that I only see a couple of times a year, most of them all have bikini bodies and avoid sugar and white flour. I'm going to look into the foods that balance hormones. I really don't know that much about the hormonal food balancing types of eating. So sharing your experience / advice is appreciative!
