I'm going to tame down my re-feed night tonight. I wanted good popcorn to put in my air popper but actually could not find any in town that wasn't microwave or GMO corn.
Going to have baked smoked chicken (protein), potato steak fries with ketchup, a big no flour cookie, and some baked potato chips during Game of Thrones. This should keep tonights carbs around 175 grams...probably better than the 300 + I had last week.
