I didn't write it down because I was so ashamed of myself but several months ago I've started to gain weight heavily due to a BC that my doctor prescribed. Although, I've asked her several times about possible weight gain. She said that it would be OK but I should think about healthier lifestyle. ☹️She didn't know that I was working out from 2015 and was a vegetarian. I was taking this pills about 3 months when I've started to notice that my clothes does not fit me anymore. I was so naive to think that it was dryer's fault. But I decided to check my weight for some reason and you know what? I've gained from 121 to 132 lbs (when my normal weight was 104-110 lbs with gym activities). With the height of 5'1 this is critical! ☹️Healthier lifestyle sounded like a bad joke. 😏So I stopped taking those shitty pills immediately and increased the number of hours in the gym. Also stopped eating sugars and pantry completely. Basically my diet was less than 600 kcal per day, usually cinnamon oatmeal with black coffee ☕️.
Now my weight is 124-126 lbs, but there is still so much work to do, but I am proud of myself that I lost 6 lb. 😜But now I am going to switch to another hormonal BC with a lower dosage of progest. I am afraid that I will gain weight again and it's going to be a never ending circle. 👩🏻‍💻😭😔
