My guess is that my hormones are doing their thing, since I'm staying below RDI and showing a half pound gain. I'll have to watch this over the next few months to see if there is a pattern. I thought I'd be...upset?...but I know I'm doing what I ought to do and that it will sort itself out in a few days. Until then, I'll just stick with my plan and wait for a whoosh! Those are fun, at least. I hope everyone is doing well today!
