yesterday I stepped on the scale and gained 15 pounds in 133 days (according to my wii). holy crap. so I've made a deadline--October 8th (3 MO the from yesterday) to lose 20 pounds. I'm determined not to feel and look like this. I am terribly unhappy with the way my body looks so I'm gonna change it. here goes nothing.
