I’m back – and doing well. The demo at the executive retreat was well received and as far as I know I still have a job. It was tough staying on plan while I was there: there was plenty of low carb food around – but there was just too much of it. I guess my natural reaction to being under constant stress is to eat, so it was a real struggle to stay under my calorie count.

Glad you were able to stick to the plan foods. In general I tell myself its better to overdo it on plan foods than to go hog wild because at least I know it is good whole foods and not junk. Congrats on pulling off the demo! Hopefully things will calm down a bit and give you a chance to recharge a bit before the next bruhaha. Enjoy your day!
