There's no rule about when to weigh in. Most members weigh daily or weekly. If you had waited, you wouldn't have had the joy today of seeing the lower number on the scale. Congrats and keep on keep'n on!

Thank you. I'm trying to be good and watch what I eat. It's hard when you constantly have people bringing McDonalds or other fast food places food in to where I work. Luckily I can convince myself that my 370 calorie sandwich and chips are better than the 1000 calorie burger from one of those eating places.

Good way to think. After 8 months of eating the way I have, a sub would be 3 or 4 meals now. My stomach has shrunk so much I just can't eat that much at one sitting. Not that you can't completely screw up your routine with a half a bowl of candy of something... LOL! Stay tough and live life.
