Thanks. It works so far. I lost 14.2 lbs the first week, then 3 and then 4. I eat three meals a day and three snacks. Trying to get in all that eating with my work schedule is difficult to do a the exact times I should be. 6AM - B, 9AM - S, 12PM - L, 3PM - S, 6PM - D - 8PM small S. Getting in the exercise I'm supposed to is the hardest, mostly because I often get home too late to get to the gym, but I've been able to walk at least 6 miles a week. I need to push that up. My wife prepares most of my meals for me, so that's easy. Just need to get a taste for stuff without carbs. I've learned to eat new spices and make sanwiches wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. It's all still new, but not over hard yet. My wife says she can see the difference in my face, but I don't see anything yet. But I've lost a few inches here and there. Hopefully I'll need new pants soon! Wish you good luck.
