A huge jump up, I don't know what happened, but last night's dinner was de-lish. And I am early to bed early to rise, perhaps first time in over a year! I assumed those tasty bites were full of carb badness, then I read the package. I am gonna make that one of my go to meals, except I need to make my own meatballs that don't contain soy and other "stuff", allegedly.
