These last few days are just quick losses from intermittent fasting and low calories while on short vacay from work. I will return to a slower pace of loss on Monday as I am not hitting protein requirements and don't want to risk muscle mass. Incidentally, this was not planned, I am eating the level of food that I am comfortable with during non fasting ours. I just happened to eat late Monday due to the change in my daily routine and then started to repeat it. During these days, I am actually adding food beyond my hunger. So the only discipline required was choosing what I eat. I am also working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then walking afterwords.
