I'm pretty sure that being down 2 pounds again this week, is just because I didn't work out yesterday and so I'm not holding onto water weight. This is the same weight I gained last week... well, plus being down 0.4... so that's my true weight loss, which is awesome!
I'd really like to say goodbye to the 50s for good, but we'll see how this week goes. My body has a mind of its own! :)
