I was waiting for a gain to come sometime.
The first 8 weeks of the challenge has been difficult as I have only been doing weight training and no cardio.
Starting the last phase of the challenge today, fasted cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening, can't wait to see how this affects my weight :-)
