Last week went really well as planned. Keeping intake to below 1500 kcal a day and run for 45 min for 6 days. One major change in my diet plan was to cut out most Carb from dinner, mainly lean meat (protein) and veggies, no rice, no pasta or potatoes. Will keep this plan for 2 more weeks before going for a long trip.
