I initially started the Fat Smash Diet on Monday Feb.22 2010, but I failed horrible the first day...soo I restarted on Tuesday! I bought a scale last nite, and this morning I discovered that I've lost 2 pounds!!! I was so excited I was late to work this morning, too much jumping around I guess. So my mission is to stay focused, stay active, and STICK WITH IT!!! Losing weight has never been an issue for me, because I've done it before BUT I never finish what I started. I lose a couple pounds, somehow a new guys pops up in my life and I lose focus. Well not anymore, that is a thing of the past and I am pushing ahead to my lifetime goals. I've been praying a lot, and meditating so I hope this works.
