thanks HCB, and I commented in another post along that line, a bit... : Personally I think we only crave sweets when lacking nutrients. I eat a huge breakfast, good lunch, not craving anything after that.. and at night I BURN FAT, instead of STORING FAT from eating a huge dinner. :)

I ate a big superfood breakfast, a huge lunch, lunch done by 2:30pm, now at 7:25pm, just got back from a 4.16 mile walk with friends, and I'm not the least bit hungry. I ate my calories early so I had them when needed: all day. NO cravings, as usual. :) and thanks for reading this. :)
