Down a bit. Busy, busy week at work. I have started adding a ¼ cup of red kidney beans to my salad at lunch – bringing me up to about 30 net carbs per day. My rate of weight loss has slowed a bit – but this is what the plan has been all along (need to work on transitioning from weight loss to weight stabilization for the long run). That said, there is still a long way to go.
