I'm back to where i started last week!! I think the heat may be messing with my fluid retention??? I have no idea, but i'm glad to be back!!! xmas parties are in full swing, so i'm pleased with my progress.. I have been given some herbal pills from a vietnamese lady. they keep the hunger away!! especially at night when the snack attacks hit.. and when i'm at the xmas parties with all the food available..i've done some research about them over the net, and so far all i know is they are harmless and herbal!! i'll keep researching..
