Hated to do the weigh-in today. Yesterday I ate lots and lots of salad greens, broccoli, etc. so just have to wait patently until it "exits".

But other than the bogus scale reading, I feel like I'm on a roll!

veggies are great at adding weight to the scale for a day (or two) but they do disappear and take that nasty old fat with them....keep up the good work XX

I always stay put after eating salads too..but I know it will pass..LOL You have come a long way girl..Its nice to know we don't let the scale dictate to us as much as it use to...we know now that we can not gain fat in one day...Enjoy your Sunday...:O)

Stef - I read somewhere that every time we have to re-lose weight it comes off slower. But it will come off - just hang in there!

Mom2Boxers - Nothing really has changed (you may be referring to my S.A.D.?) Maybe because the days are starting to get longer? Whatever the reason, I just have more energy now so know it is time to get back with the program. Plus, I am just dying to break into the 50's and get into those size 10's.
