The pool for a good hour and 15 plus walking the dog these cold New England nights is helping to drive the weight train down! My joints are slowly adapting to the increasing activity. I had the Eufflexa knee joint fluid injections about 5 weeks ago and they have been a Godsend! First, shoulder replacement surgery is Jan. 31.. the idea here was to go into the first of 4 joint replacements in the best shape of my life ( not round, although it is a shape!) and to end pre diabetes... made an appt with pcp as my morning fasting blood sugars are always over 100 and it is getting annoying given what I am eating. Anyone have this phenom? I've read some on it, but want to know what is what. Leaving for the warm of the South next Wednesday to faux Christmas with one offspring, although all will gather! Good luck all . Keep plugging away.
