Following Mrs Maths measure fest's fantastic results thought I'd do the same especially as I seem to be keeping pretty consistent between 74-77Kg . I knew My waist was down from 39 inches to 34 as thats what I hit when I first went below 77 but 4 weeks later time to ensure it wasn't creeping up !! .... surprised to say the least 32inch waist !! I was in my twenties last time I had a waist that size given my increased calories intake and decreased waist I must be increasing muscle density whooo hoo :) .. being a bloke I gave the hip measurement a miss (who wants to know what size my butt is ? )
