I must start exercising more. Dieting hasn't been too difficult. Although I am often a little hungry, I don't get enough exercise to experience that "starving" feeling. At some point, though, I'm going to want to eat something outrageous, like a whole large pizza, with something wonderfully and decadently chocolate (like 2 (maybe 3?) chocolate volcano's!) for dessert, and 16 OZ milk! I'm losing about 1/2 lb a week - right where I wanted to be - although, I must admit that when I get on the scale, I always wish it'd go down by POUNDS not Ounces! Anyway, if I'm only losing weight by keeping my calorie intake a couple/few hundred calories below "stable" it's only going to take a couple days of blowing it to be put back weeks!
