I saw your profile featured after I made my journal entry. It looks like we bothing have been here a couple of years now, although based on this posting it looks like you keep yourself in a lot better shape than I do. I have been up and down so many times I get dizzy - lol. Your "problem areas" don't look like too much of a real problem - keep doing whatever it is you're doing.

Thank you skydiver! Hot yoga and fat flush soup seems to be the trick to keeping me from going to much over. My biggest motivation is that I hate to shop for clothes and if I increase anymore weight I'm up a size.

LMAO - that's too funny, my prime motivator is how the clothes fit or should I say, how I feel in my clothes. It really aggravates me when they start to get too tight. It doesn't bother me when I have to buy them because they are too big but I can not stand and will resist buying them when they become small.
