Finally, I'm seeing some movement down after a long time in place. Not far but still down. I'd like to turn up to my next regular visit to my physician -- in just one month -- with my weight closer to my goal. After years of being chided for my weight, that will be pleasant. Because I'm weighed there with clothes on, and it's winter, I'd like to have three pounds more off. That way, I'll show about what I weigh now on their scale.
My BMI is still at 24.9, and I'm really enjoying seeing that "in normal range" come up when I plug in the figures.
