I can't believe I gained almost 10 lbs! Well actually I can... since I moved, I stopped paying attention to my sugar intake and my portions.
It's not as bad as I thought, and maybe I weigh more than I think (I weigh myself this morning around 8am, and I used to do this around 11am before). But I really need to get back on track so I don't get back to my 175 lbs from last year.
