I had a 24/2 fast. Got caught in a windy rain while I was walking, I got wet pretty much. But that didn't stop me of course :) I got tips on a facebook group that some people are okay with 50-60gr's of carbs a day. I'll need to figure what carb amount suits me, I believe I need a little more time to reach deep ketosis first. I might do a prolonged dry fast to speed that process up. The early days when I started intermittent dry fasting I would crave for water. That's not happening anymore. I got 3 bowel movements, a short while after my meal. I had a good sleep tonight, but slept at 2:30. My sleep is out of order. I need to sleep earlier around 22:00-23:00. All the HGH improvement gets waisted while I miss a propper sleep.
